For millions of us Northern folk (Canadians) it is Thanksgiving Weekend, and oh what a weekend it will be. We will over indulge in turkey, ham, stuffing, potatoes, stuffing and cranberry sauce in all its varying consistencies.
It is a weekend that we remember all we are thankful for (friends, family, friendship, a roof over our heads and anything else we are thankful for) . And when it is all said and done, we are thankful that it’s all over and hope that our pants still fit when it’s over. It is also the weekend that ushers in the wind up to the busiest shopping season of the year, that’s right, Christmas.
This year I am thankful for my life (I almost dies) and my family.
